Rare Grasshopper or Moth 罕見草蜢 或者 蛾？

Sunday night Typhoon #9 with Black Rain warning, changed to #8 with Red and lasted until Monday noon. When things cleared, found this rare type grasshopper or moth, normally in the wild. Maybe been there whole night riding out the storms.
