About a dozen days ago, I cleaned some pom seeds and left to dry on the porch. A strong wind blew them off, some fell into the flower pots below. I thought I had picked up all of them, but yesterday was surprised to find one sprout inside the edge side of my avocado plant, transferred to a new pot allowing it to grow better. Today, took a shot, note the delicate leaves have beautiful blood-vein-like pattern.
This turns out maybe another papaya plant as their leaves increasingly look familiar. It is growing faster than the others, 4 days later, a pair of beautiful heart-shaped leaves emerged. The hearts folded at night. Like a Zen monk, it spreads and folds with time.
